Our applicator program is an excellent opportunity for roofing professionals to expand their core business and create residual income. When combined with a preventative maintenance program. Promotes interaction with the homeowner or property manager on a more frequent basis. Sets you apart from your competition and increases customer retention. The most effective long-term growth strategy is to minimize or eliminate high pressure washing and the use of harsh chemicals by preventing roof stains. Our Green Products: Roof Restore® cleaner is applied in a fine mist with 70-80 psi over the roof and within minute's algae, moss, mold, mildew and fungus will be washed away with a gentle water rinse - restoring the roof to its original color! Roof-A-Cide® stain preventative is applied with a light spray. Recommended re-treatments, every two years, will keep the roof free from algae, moss, mold, mildew and fungus while preventing staining and discoloration for the life of the roof. Rid-A-Mold® pretreatment can be applied using a fogger, airless sprayer, chemical sprayer or a simple pump-up sprayer for smaller areas throughout the entire home before drywall is installed. Pretreatment provides a barrier against future mold growth in new homes or repair projects.
