Roof-A-Cide® West, Authorized Distributor will fill Applicator’s orders promptly on acceptance.

 Return Policy

Except for Manufacturer’s products that are defective at the time of sales to Applicator, no product will be accepted for return and no credit will be allowed on any product returned unless Manufacturer has granted prior written permission. All returns shall be subject to Manufacturer’s Products Return Policy, which includes provisions for authorization procedures, packaging, shipment and restocking fee, if applicable.

Please e-mail or call our office to obtain a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and must be made within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Return authorization number must be printed clearly on outside of package to be returned or it will not be accepted by Roof-A-Cide West. Items must be returned in unused condition and shipped in a standard shipping carton to prevent possible damage in transit.
